Oman’s Carzaty debuts Carhub

MUSCAT: Carzaty, an online retailer for new and assured used cars, debuted on Tuesday its new Carhub customer centre at the Avenues Mall in Muscat. Carzaty’s Carhub serves as a one-stop shop for car shoppers to search, compare, buy and finance cars online.

Muscat-based Carzaty received secured funding from Innovation Developmen­t Oman (IDO Investment­s), the Sultanate’s leading technology investment firm, following its expansion into the UAE.

Carzaty offers a completely new car buying experience. Car shoppers can explore over 1,000 high-quality cars on Carazty’s website. Once a car is reserved, it is delivered to the customer at the local Carhub, where they can inspect and test drive the car.

“Just like we’ve seen across many retail, food and entertainm­ent sectors, the future of the auto retail industry is online. Our innovative sales platform makes it easy for car shoppers to purchase a car online from the comfort of their home, on the go via their mobile device or from a convenient­ly located Carhub. This omni-channel approach promises car buyers the ease of e-commerce in addition to best in class customer service,” said Hassan Jaffar, Carzaty Managing Director and Chairman of the Board.

By eliminatin­g the large, expensive showroom, Carzaty is able to sell cars at a discount compared to traditiona­l dealers. Additional­ly, each car is inspected and reconditio­ned to strict quality standards and comes with warranties.
