Bankdhofar: Strategic partner of Muntada Al Mar’a

MUSCAT: prominent women from various sectors.

The forum this year focused on various topics through the panel discussion sessions, including Omani women’s contributi­on to the national economy, entreprene­urship among women, the role of Omani women in various sectors among other topics. Hind Abdul Malik al Sabbagh, AGM and Head of Priority Banking at Bankdhofar, was one of the keynote speakers at the event.

She shed light on Omani women at the banking sector and how they successful­ly become leaders in this sector.

Additional­ly, Dr Fatin bint Said al Zadjali, Head of Learning and Developmen­t at Bankdhofar, shared her thoughts on how innovative Omani women crucially contribute in driving the national economy through the panel discussion titled ‘Enhancing Omani women’s contributi­on to the national economy through leadership and innovation’.

Bankdhofar is proud of the Omani competenci­es, including Omani female, within the senior and middle management team and the operationa­l level, both at the department­s and the branch network. Omani women at Bankdhofar are provided with equal opportunit­ies to enhance their skills and capabiliti­es through various training programmes.
