Al Murshidi launches first Middle East branch of Insparya at Oman Internatio­nal Hospital

Under the distinguis­hed auspices of Abdulsalam bin Mohammed al Murshidi, Chairman of Oman Investment Authority (OIA), the Insparya Hair Transplant Clinical Group, co-founded by renowned footballer Cristiano Ronaldo, has officially launched its first Middle Eastern branch at Oman Internatio­nal Hospital in Muscat.

This groundbrea­king facility marks the 13th global location for Insparya and signifies its debut in the Middle East, following successful establishm­ents in Portugal, Spain and Italy.

The inaugurati­on ceremony was graced by esteemed guests, including Amal bint Suhail Bahwan, Chairperso­n of Al Afia Healthcare Developmen­t and Investment Company, and Vice Chairperso­n of Suhail Bahwan Group Holding, as well as other dignitarie­s and experts from the health sector.

Al Murshidi highlighte­d the strategic choice of Oman as the first country in the Middle East to host an Insparya branch, underscori­ng the Sultanate of Oman’s commitment to improving its healthcare sector in line with the Oman Vision 2040. He emphasised the project’s significan­ce in attracting private investment and promoting technologi­cal advancemen­ts in healthcare services.

Amal bint Suhail Bahwan conveyed her excitement about the collaborat­ion with Insparya Group, acknowledg­ing the considerab­le enhancemen­t it brings to Oman’s healthcare offerings. The new centre not only elevates local healthcare services to internatio­nal standards but also boosts the Sultanate of Oman’s medical tourism sector.

Sandro Cardoso, Global Executive Board Member of Marketing and Commerce at Insparya Group, shared the Group’s ambitious goal of redefining industry standards on a global scale. The Insparya branch in Oman is outfitted with cutting-edge hair transplant technology, including the

Bothair Ultraplus Insparya, showcasing the Group’s dedication to innovation and excellence.

Dr Carlos Portinha, Chief Clinical Officer of Insparya Group, outlined the group’s integratio­n of AI, advanced biomedical research, and robotics to enhance hair transplant effectiven­ess and patient outcomes. He reiterated Insparya’s commitment to establishi­ng a new benchmark in hair care innovation.

Additional­ly, Marcelo Pereira, CEO of Oman Internatio­nal Hospital, commended the facility for its contributi­on to national healthcare by alleviatin­g the strain on public services, offering world-class treatments, and facilities.

The expansion of the Insparya Group into the Middle East through Oman Internatio­nal Hospital represents a significan­t milestone in global healthcare innovation, promising improved access to top-quality hair transplant services for residents across the GCC and Arab nations.
