Summit on waste management starts tomorrow

MUSCAT: In a bid to highlight the latest trends and developmen­ts in the waste management sector, private sector organisers Nispana and Silver Star will be hosting the Waste Management Oman Summit on March 11 and 12 at Grand Hyatt.

This summit will bring together industrial experts, internatio­nal solution providers and government stake holders, says a press release. The two-day summit will bring together a senior level delegation from organisati­ons such as the Ministry of Environmen­t and Climate Affairs, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Oil and Gas, Be’ah Oman, Haya Water, Ricardo- AEA, Veolia Environmen­t, Lamor Middle East, Sphinx Services, Enviroplan S.A, Alawael Overseas Company, Bjornsen Consulting Engineers, Dulsco, Bee’ah UAE, Suma Group, Tanzifo and many more.

Participan­ts attending this exclusive gathering will witness an impressive array of presentati­ons from industrial experts like Ahmed Al Zadjali, head of Waste Management at the Ministry of Environmen­t and Climate Affairs, Dr Issa Said Al Shuaili who is a senior specialist from the Department of Environmen­t, Occupation­al Health at the Ministry of Health, Be’ah (Oman Environmen­tal Services Holding Co.) and many more.
