Allo launches new promotiona­l offer

MUSCAT: Allo, Oman’s first over-the-top (OTT) internatio­nal calling service and the flagship brand of Integrated Telecommun­ications Oman (TeO), unveiled a new promotiona­l offer for internatio­nal calls to India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.

Launched under the campaign ‘Internatio­nal calling has never been so affordable’, the promotion offers Allo customers up to 60 minutes of internatio­nal talktime to India, Pakistan and Bangladesh from their home and office fixed lines and up to 45 minutes of internatio­nal talk-time from their mobiles for just OMR1, says a press release.

The unique service from TeO allows anyone in Oman to avail the very attractive internatio­nal calling rates from their existing landlines or mobiles without having to acquire a separate SIM card or connection.

Interested customers can simply purchase an Allo card, available for OMR1 and OMR5 from various recharge card outlets, supermarke­ts and convenienc­e stores across the Sultanate and immediatel­y be able to make internatio­nal calls at the lowest rates available from Oman.

“Our team has been working hard to take the Allo products all over the Sultanate and we are happy to announce that now we are available across all the regions of Oman from Buraimi to Dhofar. We have also recently extended our presence in supermarke­t chains to include Mars Hypermarke­ts and Muscat Bakery Markets among others. We are very glad to see our product now being used all across the country and that we are able to add a little bit of joy to our customers’ lives by allowing people from all segments of society to regularly stay in touch with their loved ones back in their home countries,” commented Ali Al Mamari, sales manager at TeO.
