Mercedes-Benz Oman introduces new customised service packages
MUSCAT: Putting the customer firmly in control of their vehicle’s servicing and maintenance, Mercedes-Benz Oman has launched its new customised service packages.
Developed for Mercedes-Benz vehicles of all ages and mileage, and designed to cater to individual requirements, the new service packages allow Mercedes-Benz drivers to purchase clearly defined maintenance services over a chosen duration and mileage at a fixed cost, says a press release.
With all work carried out by highly-skilled Mercedes-Benz technicians and only MercedesBenz Genuine Parts used, vehicles are kept in optimum condition, occupants are kept safe, and resale value is enhanced.
“These innovative service packages make ownership of our luxury vehicles as stress-free as the Mercedes-Benz driving experience itself. Their cost certainty provides the peace of mind of knowing that all expenses are fixed for the term of the plan. And of course, the high standards of the Mercedes-Benz technicians ensure continued smooth operation, on-going premium performance and outstand- ing levels of passenger comfort at all times,” said Clive Hammond, CEO of Mercedes-Benz Oman.

The Mercedes-Benz service packages have two basic frameworks, Mercedes-Benz Service Select and Mercedes-Benz Select Plus, both offering clearly defined services with transparent locked in costs. Owners who choose Mercedes-Benz Service Select can purchase the maintenance services their vehicle needs over a chosen duration and mileage.
The agreed single payment covers the cost of parts, labour, and operational fluids during the scheduled operations.
For greater reassurance and ease of mind, the Mercedes-Benz Select Plus package also covers some wear and tear items, including brake pads and brake discs, windshield wiper blades and V-belt.
