‘Sufrat A’Saffa’ features top executive chefs from popular Oman restaurant­s

MUSCAT: Most chefs agree that using high-quality ingredient­s is the single most important way to provide healthier and tastier menus. This is especially true for the growing community of food chefs and experts who focus on health, innovation, creativity and vibrancy in the food they prepare.

In keeping with the same A’Saffa Foods announced its latest social media campaign – ‘Sufrat A’Saffa’ that features top executive chefs from popular restaurant­s across Oman in testimonia­l videos explaining their penchant to use A’Saffa Chicken in their restaurant’s dishes.

Shot by the participat­ing restaurant­s themselves - in each video the restaurant’s executive chefs explain the reasons that their restaurant­s prefer cooking using A’Saffa Chicken; as well as demonstrat­e the making of their restaurant’s signature recipe using A’Saffa chicken.

Renowned industry names from Oman’s restaurant scene such as – Al Maida restaurant’s Chef Mohamed Al Sharabi; Al Mukthar restaurant’s Chef Marwan Chames, Zaher Elymoun restaurant Chef Nasri Ali Noon; Razmazan restaurant’s Chef Mustafa; Afnan restaurant’s Chef Reza Mohamed Faraj; Kargeen restaurant & café’s Chef Mohamed Al Yousef; Love at First Bite restaurant’s Chef Quintus; and Darcy’s Kitchen’s Chef Paul are part of the ‘Sufrat A’Saffa’ campaign.
