Twelve killed as train derails in India

Twelve passengers were killed and 20 injured when 14 coaches of the Puri-Haridwar Utkal Express derailed in Khatauli, officials said. The casualty figure might go up. Railways spokesperson Anil Saxena put the number of dead at four and the injured at 20. The accident took place around 5:45 pm at Khatauli.
