Modern Exchange gives free insurance to its customers

MUSCAT: As part of the corporate social responsibi­lity, Modern Exchange has started Free Insurance Coverage in 2013 to all its customers (Omanis and expats) who remit, irrespecti­ve of the amount transferre­d.

With every transactio­n, one gets to be insured free, maximum up to OMR1,600, for a period of 30 days. No cumbersome process or procedure to be followed. No premiums or policies to be filled. Easy settlement of claims as per the policy and clauses governing it. Features that make this free insurance coverage interestin­g and beneficial to all the customers who have to reside and work in Oman are Worldwide coverage, Permanent total disability, Normal death, Accidental death, to name a few.

Philip Koshy, the general man- ager, said, every year on an average 14 claims are settled.
