Bank Muscat to host al Mazyona quarterly prize draw in Musannah

MUSCAT: Bank Muscat, the flagship financial services provider in the Sultanate, as part of its ‘Let’s Do More’ vision and commitment to partnershi­p in encouragin­g a savings culture in Oman, will host Premier banking customers and al Mazyona quarterly prize draw on Monday, October 2 at Millennium Resort Musannah under the auspices of Shaikh Hamoud bin Hamed Al Wahshi, Wali of Musannah.

Seventeen winners, including five from asalah Priority Banking and four from al Jawhar Privilege Banking, are set to win high-value prizes ranging from OMR25,000 to OMR100,000. The high-value al Mazyona quarterly prizes include OMR100,000 each for five asalah Priority banking customers, OMR50,000 each for four al Jawhar Privilege banking customers and OMR25,000 each for eight customers. Encouragin­g a strong savings habit, al Mazyona savings scheme supports customers to fulfil their dreams and aspiration­s. With OMR10 million prize money guaranteei­ng more for everyone to share, the 2017 al Mazyona savings scheme is the biggest prize money in Oman and the region.

Bank Muscat is proud to reward al Mazyona customers and encourage a strong savings culture in Oman. The exciting scheme has a positive impact on the people and the nation with high-value prizes for different segments, including women, children, youth and high saving customers ranging from OMR1,000 weekly prizes to OMR10,000 monthly prizes, OMR25,000 quarterly prizes and OMR100,000 annual prizes.

For over 25 years, al Mazyona has rewarded numerous customers and enriched their lives. Big prize money is not the only attraction of al Mazyona, which is designed to transform the lives of prudent savers. The scheme is targeted to inculcate a strong savings habit among citizens responsibl­e for the future developmen­t of Oman.

High savings customers of asalah Priority Banking have chances to win OMR30,000 monthly prizes, OMR100,000 quarterly prizes, and OMR250,000 year-end prizes. Prizes reserved for al Jawhar Privilege Banking customers include OMR20,000 monthly prizes and RO 50,000 quarterly prizes.

Notably, al Mazyona has launched an exciting salary transfer scheme to reward winners with a fixed salary prize of OMR500 every month for a year. Bank Muscat is the first to introduce a prize scheme offering a fixed salary prize every month in Oman. All that customers need to do is transfer their salary of OMR500 and above to the bank. Fifteen customers are rewarded every month in the salary transfer scheme.

Adding excitement to festivals and national celebratio­ns, the 2017 scheme rewards customers with special prizes. al Mazyona continues to be the only savings scheme to recognise and reward loyalty for customers based on their associatio­n with the bank.

A special prize draw offering OMR3,000 each for 42 winners from 14 regions was held in celebratio­n of Eid Al Fitr in June. An exclusive draw for Zeinah women customers coinciding with the Omani Women’s Day in October is another highlight in which 10 customers will be rewarded with OMR10,000 each. On the Sultanate’s 47th National Day, a special draw will be held offering OMR2,000 each for 47 winners.
