Here is how to reach new Muscat Internatio­nal Airport terminal

MUSCAT: With just a day left for the launch of the new Muscat Internatio­nal Airport, here are the directions to the passenger terminal.

The new airport is accessible through three main roads—Sultan Qaboos Street, 18th November Street, and Muscat Expressway.

Sultan Qaboos Street

If you are coming via Sultan Qaboos Street from Seeb or Nizwa, follow the Muscat Internatio­nal Airport signs, towards Azaiba, past the old airport. Keep right, follow the sign and take the exit down the flyover and follow the main access route.

From Ghubra, pass Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, head straight and continue on the Sultan Qaboos Street, keep right and follow the signs to Muscat Internatio­nal Airport.

18th November Street

If you are coming via Al Hail North on the Wave roundabout, go straight on to 18th November Street. Keep right and take the exit before the Golf course flyover. Keep right and join the main access road to the passenger terminal building.

From Azaiba, follow 18th November Street until you reach the sign for Muscat Internatio­nal Airport. Before the Golf course flyover, keep right and take the exit by the traffic lights, turn left, and drive under the flyover for 500 metres and join the access road to terminal buildings..

Muscat Expressway

From Rusail towards Mutrah, take the exit to Ghala Industrial Estate, and take the exit for the airport. Follow the road, keep left until you reach the main access route to the terminal building. From Bausher, head towards Rusayl on the Muscat Expressway and take the Ghala Industrial Estate exit. Follow the airport sign and keep left for 1.1km until you reach.
