SQUH gets platinum level accreditation
MUSCAT: Sultan Qaboos University Hospital (SQUH) has upgraded itself to the platinum level of international Canadian accreditation of healthcare institutions by maintaining 98 per cent of the standards and indices of quality of services it offers.
This makes it the first health institution to obtain the platinum level from among the Sultanate’s health institutions. The SQUH got the Gold level in 2014, thanks to the tremendous efforts at the hospital.
The Canadian accreditation for healthcare institutions comprises three levels; the gold level, the platinum level and the diamond level.
