BP focuses on building skilled pool

MUSCAT: BP has joined hands with the country’s National Training Fund to deliver another initiative under its unique social investment programme.

The NTF was setup by Royal Decree in 2016 and through this collaboration, BP is helping build the next generation of future ready financial talent that Oman’s changing economy will need.

“BP is passionate about developing its people, but we are equally passionate about the future needs of Oman. Enhancing Omani expertise through education and training is a key focus area of our social investment programme. Through this partnership, we aim to build the capabilities of 39 local job seekers in the financial sector.

The programme offers internationally accredited trainings with to generate a pool of skilled people ready to excel in this competitive environment,” said Eng. Yousuf Al Ojaili, President of BP Oman.
