“Blood is essential for saving lives and blood donation has become a major concern. The shortage of the active blood donors has concerning impact on the increased blood demand. The donated blood is used for the wide range of circumstances like for emergency surgical procedures, patients of cancers like leukemia, trauma cases, etc. We should not wait for emergency to happen rather we should become pro-active and donate generously so that there is sufficient stock available in our blood banks. Each blood donation can save up to three lives.”

Their efforts have been well acknowledge by the society time-to-time which is evident by the response of both Omanis and expats in such social causes.
