Cultural extravaganza held at Indian School Nizwa
MUSCAT: “ISN Sanskriti - The Art Festival”, held at Indian School Nizwa on October 18, 2018 proved to be an unforgettable occasion for all the enthusiastic students. Hamdan Bin Nasser Al Rumaidhi, Shura Member, graced the valedictory function as the chief guest, while Fazal ur Rahman, President of the School Managing Committee, was the guest of honour.
The function began with lighting of the lamp by John Dominic George, Principal of the school, who then inaugurated the festival. Day 1 saw the culmination of five events - Indian light vocal, western keyboard, folk song, bharatnatyam and contemporary dance. Students participated enthusiastically and the deserving won prizes.
The chief guest along with the guest of honour gave away the trophies and certificates and congratulated the winners.
