Eggpress Cafe inaugurated

MUSCAT: Eggpress Cafe, a cozy cuddly outlet in Muscat that is entirely devoted to but not limited to eggs is located in the heart of Al Ghubra. Eggpress Cafe was inaugurated on October 18, 2018 by Yuthar M. Al Rawahy, founder and president of Oman Cancer Association.

The Eggpress Cafe is owned by Mr A. R Biju, the proprietor of Choice Investments with the sponsorship of Mr Mohammed Al Harrassi who recently ventured into hospitality sector with this unique concept. Eggpress Cafe has an elaborate menu from very basic egg preparations to a multicuisine international variety of dishes which have majority eggs and an extra addition of Eggspress specials which are not just limited to eggs. Some of the popular dishes are croquet madame, eggs benedict, omu rice, Shakshouka, Turkish cilber and also a few Eggspress Creations like the quail eggs treat, chicken steak with cauliflower mash, signature burgers, pizza omelettes and many more.

The response so far in a short span of three days has been overwhelming with the presence of different well-known social media bloggers, facebook administrators and popular chefs giving excellent feedback.

The myth of eggs being unhealthy have turned to be one of the healthiest options which also helps in improving the good cholesterol in the human body. It seems to be a perfect time for the owners to come up with such a brilliant idea.
