MUS­CAT: Hor­muz Grand, Mus­cat marked its of­fi­cial in­au­gu­ra­tion into the Radis­son Col­lec­tion with a launch cer­e­mony, held last night at the ho­tel. The Radis­son Col­lec­tion, part of Radis­son Ho­tel Group, is a premium life­style col­lec­tion of ex­cep­tional ho­tel prop­er­ties in unique lo­ca­tions.

The cel­e­bra­tory event was at­tended by dig­ni­taries from the gov­ern­ment and pri­vate sec­tors, own­ers of Aza­iba Ho­tels LLC, and rep­re­sen­ta­tives from the Radis­son Ho­tel Group.

Guests were in­vited to ‘ex­pe­ri­ence the ex­cep­tional’ and cel­e­brate the launch of the Radis­son Col­lec­tion with lo­cally in­spired food pre­pared by the Ho­tel’s Ex­ec­u­tive Chef, Thierry Quin­tric, along­side live mu­sic and en­ter­tain­ment.

De­sign is a key el­e­ment of the Radis­son Col­lec­tion and the Hor­muz Grand, Mus­cat de­liv­ers with its strik­ing ar­chi­tec­ture and in­spir­ing in­te­ri­ors. The ho­tel’s de­sign high­lights in­clude the waterside court­yard, pool and im­pres­sive foy­ers.

The ho­tel’s fa­cil­i­ties in­clude the Hor­muz Grand Spa of­fer­ing Thai, Ba­li­nese and Ayurvedic treat­ments while the stun­ning ball­room can host more than 400 guests for so­cial or busi­ness events. The din­ing op­tions in­clude ‘The Straits’ of­fer­ing an ar­ray of in­ter­na­tional and Omani dishes. While Qureshi Bab-Al-Hind is a restau­rant serv­ing North­ern In­dian cui­sine, OMNY Brasserie is a New York style restau­rant with sub­tle fu­sion of Omani flavours.
