Hyundai awarded as Oman’s most trusted car brand in re­cent event

MUS­CAT: Hyundai was awarded as Oman’s most trusted car brand dur­ing the re­cently con­cluded Oman’s Most Trusted Brand Award cer­e­mony 2018. This award was pre­sented by Talal Al Rahbi, Deputy Sec­re­tary Gen­eral of the Supreme Coun­cil for Plan­ning and Gen­eral Co­or­di­na­tor for Tan­feedh and was re­ceived by Mike Song, Head of Hyundai Mid­dle East & Africa and Sheikh Saad Suhail Bah­wan, Chair­man, OTE Group.

Oman’s most trusted brands award is given to brands that are present in Oman and the win­ners are cho­sen by pub­lic vot­ing through an un­bi­ased sur­vey. Now in its third year and with over 600,000 votes be­ing cast in dif­fer­ent cat­e­gories, wherein re­spon­dents could freely nom­i­nate their choice through un­aided brand re­call – mean­ing there was no prompt, auto com­plete or drop down list that cre­ates any bias in the mind of the re­spon­dents. Dur­ing the sur­vey Hyundai emerged as the most trusted car brand in Oman. Hyundai is glob­ally recog­nised con­sis­tently with top awards in de­sign, qual­ity, safety etc., for its so­phis­ti­cated prod­uct de­sign, un­com­pro­mis­ing qual­ity, safety tech­nol­ogy and ex­cep­tional value. Hyundai, to­day, ranks among the top au­to­mo­tive brands in the world, and has al­ready over­taken sev­eral global ma­jors in qual­ity.

With ten new Hyundai mod­els get­ting IIHS Top Safety Pick rat­ing dur­ing 2018, Hyundai has the most IIHS Top Safety Pick+ and Top Safety Pick awards in the in­dus­try. Hyundai has also tri­umphed again in the 2018 J.D.
