Website launched to give thanks to HM in 30 different languages

The e-initiative “Our Glorious November... Around the world” is available in 30 global languages so that people can express their love and happiness and congratula­te His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said in their own language

MUSCAT: Now, people all around the world can express their greetings to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos on the occasion of Oman’s 48th National Day on the Oman-Qaboos website.

The initiative, titled “Our Glorious November... Around the world”, was launched by Dr. Rawya Saud Al Busaidi, Minister of Higher Education, with Hamood bin Mohammed Al Azri, general supervisor of the Oman-Qaboos website.

Until December

“The e-initiative is available in 30 global languages so that people can express their love and happiness and congratula­te His Majesty in their own language,” said Al Azri.

The initiative, which will run until the end of December, allows people from any part of the world to express their greetings to His Majesty by visiting www. oman-qaboos.com to celebrate the National Day.

Wide support

“The drive has received wide support from accredited embassies in Oman and from the Sultanate’s embassies abroad. The website administra­tion will make the option of e-initiative sharing available. This has already been designed and translated into all languages,” said Al Azri.

Praised

Al Busaidi praised the initiative launched by the website.

“I would like to thank Dr. Rawya for supporting the initiative by launching it, the ambassador­s and diplomats for supporting the initiative and every one who contribute­d to the success and continuity of this initiative,” added Al Azri.
