Free WiFi at Maisarah branches
MUSCAT: In order to provide convenient services and customer banking experiences, Maisarah provides free WiFi access to all its customers at Maisarah branches.
Commenting on the facility Mujtabah Ali Dawood, Executive Manager, Maisarah Retail Islamic Banking Department noted: “At Maisarah we continue leveraging technology to provide a worldclass banking experience to our customers. With the WiFi facility we will ensure to enhance our customers’ experience in our branches.
The hotspots will help customers download and use the Mobile Banking App, and start making payments through the app which provides a host of financial and non-financial transactions.”
Customers can easily use the service by connecting to the WiFi network, accessing the main page of the service and entering the password which is provided to the customer by branch staff, then immediately his phone can be accessed to the WiFi.
