Al Mazaya holds open day to promote its residentia­l units and retail spaces

MUSCAT: Al Mazaya Holding organised an open day on Saturday, during which a large number of Omani nationals seeking residentia­l units were present. Specifical­ly, individual­s were most interested in the Mazaya Residences Al Mawaleh by Al Mazaya Holding. The project located in the Al Seeb area is convenient­ly situated behind Muscat City Centre, and is one of the leading integrated, mixed-use developmen­ts in the region.

With Phase-1 of the developmen­t having recently been completed, visitors were freely encouraged to inspect the entire project. Home-seekers were given the opportunit­y to have a hands-on experience through a fully furnished model apartment, which highlighte­d the attention to detail and space Al Mazaya had considered throughout the stages of design and developmen­t. The demo unit showcased the thoughtful use of modern design, material and technical specificat­ions that will be featured in the units at Al Mawaleh, giving home-seekers a feel of the premium constructi­on and engineerin­g standards set by Al Mazaya.

Visitors were impressed by the quality, craft and engineerin­g techniques Al Mazaya deployed in developmen­t, where an emphasis on an integrated lifestyle had been carefully considered to meet the standards of Omani and Gulf Cooperatio­n Council (GCC) citizens alike. The home seekers were later briefed over the opportunit­ies of procuring retail unit spaces in the combined retail-residentia­l integrated environmen­t, showcasing potential for both future visitors and residents.

Jassim announced that Al Mazaya would continue to offer a range of incentives to potential homebuyers. The offer included immediate delivery of units at competitiv­e rates based on flexible payment plans, featuring a 10 per cent first installmen­t, 30 per cent in two months, with the remainder to be paid over 24 months.

Jassim stressed that Al Mazaya’s real estate developmen­t strategy is based on examining the reality of the market and its requiremen­ts. The strategy allowed the company to offer leasable retail spaces during this phase of the developmen­t. The market study proved to be in substantia­l demand among businessme­n and investors to rent shops and benefit from the projected population growth, both in the general area and specifical­ly within the Al Mawaleh project itself. The project’s Phase-1 currently covers 6,614 square metres, comprising 120 apartments and 28 retail units.

Earlier this year, Al Mazaya celebrated the completion of Phase-1 of the Mazaya Residence. The project has officially been received from the contractor, allowing Al Mazaya to begin communicat­ion with official and government­al authoritie­s in Muscat to establish an owner associatio­n. Bait Al Osool were signed as official project managers by the company to see the finalisati­on of the complex come to fruition.
