So­har Hackathon win­ners hon­oured

SO­HAR: The ac­tiv­i­ties of the three-day So­har Hackathon con­cluded yes­ter­day at the Oman Mar­itime Col­lege un­der the aus­pices of Dr. Ahmed bin Mo­hammed Al Fu­taisi, Min­is­ter of Trans­port and Com­mu­ni­ca­tions.

The event which was or­gan­ised by the part­ners of Smart City Plat­form in co­op­er­a­tion with Oman Global Lo­gis­tics Group (Asyad) has seen the par­tic­i­pa­tion of twenty teams of de­vel­op­ers, pro­gram­mers, graphic de­sign­ers, data ex­perts, en­gi­neers and re­searchers.

The con­clu­sion cer­e­mony in­cluded a video pre­sen­ta­tion on the ac­tiv­i­ties, pro­grammes and field vis­its of So­har Hackathon along with the an­nounce­ment of the re­sults of the three win­ning teams and award of the prizes.

The chief guest also hon­oured the par­tic­i­pat­ing in­sti­tu­tions, the mem­bers of the or­gan­is­ing com­mit­tee and the other teams tak­ing part in the event.
