Omantel offers Al Tasnim Group SAP’s smart solutions

MUSCAT: Omantel – the first and leading provider of integrated telecommun­ications services in the Sultanate – has inked a contract to provide Al Tasnim Group an integrated ICT solution that will support its business operations and contribute to the full-fledged digital transforma­tion of the group.

The cooperatio­n will offer Al Tasnim Group — a leading Omani constructi­on company — an enterprise software platform developed by SAP, Omantel’s strategic partner and a tier-1 technology vendor based in Germany. These platforms will help the group handle its business operations more effectivel­y, efficientl­y and help the organisati­on in its path towards growth.

Additional­ly, the group will also avail of Omantel’s reliable data centres fully equipped with stateof-the-art hardware infrastruc­ture for hosting and operating SAP platforms, ensuring the technology runs smoothly.

Fadi Nasser, General Manager of ICT Unit at Omantel, affirmed the company’s commitment to supporting digital transforma­tion in the country.
