B division teams to battle it out for Senior Cup on April 12

SALALAH: In a major twist, all the A division teams are out from the Senior Cup knockout final and the two top teams from B division in Season 3 will play the final on April 12.
In the first semifinal, Arabian Beach Tourism League Champions of B Division beat Thumrait Services to reach to the final.
In the second match, B Division runners-up FAS Aluminium/ Chiko Eclairs team beat A division runner-up Mohammed Riaz & Partner to enter the final.
First semifinal: Thumrait Services 119/9 in 20 overs (Waseem 41,Mubin 18,Asgar 3/11 & Sachin 3/16) lost to Arabian Beach Tourism 123/6 in 15.2 overs ( Sachin 59,Rinto 21,Fahad 2/16,Mubin 2/24),Man of Match –Sachin (59 in 33 balls & 3/16)
Second semifinal: FAS Aluminium/Chiko Eclairs 177/6 in 20 overs (Nayeem 54,Muzaffar 26,Ijaz 5, Janid, Waqas, Shahid, Nabeel, Rizwan 1 wkt each) beat to Mohammed Riaz & Partner 173/5 in 20 overs ( Sanan 76,Kamal 30, Irshad,Bilal 1 wkt each),Man of Match –Bilal (54 runs and 1 wkt)
In the Junior Cup knockout first semifinal, Al Zahf Global beat Naba Global by 4 wickets while in the second semifinal, Dhaka Travels beat Al Saqf Engineering by 32 runs.
