ABIS invites applicatio­ns for coveted Academic Excellence Award

MUSCAT: Al Batinah Internatio­nal School (ABIS) is now accepting the applicatio­n to the much-coveted Academic Excellence Award, the first and only of its kind in the region.

The award, which includes a 70% reduction on tuition fees for two years, is open to high achievers with strong academic English and well-rounded personalit­ies. The award will apply to students eligible by age to join the IB Middle Years Programme in Grade 9 and the IB Diploma Programme in Grade 11 next academic year.

This award is further evidence of the school’s commitment to making high quality, internatio­nal education accessible to students whose families could not normally afford its fees.

IB education has a proven track record of successful­ly preparing students to enter prestigiou­s universiti­es as well as equip students with the necessary skills to face the opportunit­ies and challenges of the future.

Applicatio­ns need to be submitted by April 11.
