Oman Football Association chief to represent West Asia at AFC

Salim bin Said Al Wahaibi has won membership at the executive office of the Asian Football Confederation

MUSCAT: Oman Football Association Chairman Salim bin Said Al Wahaibi has won membership at the executive office of the Asian Football Confederation as a representative of West Asia.

According to the Oman Football Association, Al Wahabi received the highest number of 39 votes out of a total of 46 votes at the AFC Executive Committee meet 2019-2023. The election took place on Saturday at the 29th Asian Football congress meeting in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
