OCCI programme to develop skills of Omani jobseekers
OCCI in Musandam is organising Musharakah Programme which covers a wide range of themes that are tailor-made to enhance the participant skills and efficiencies in finance, administration, project management, HR, sales and commercial strategies
MUSCAT: Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) in Musandam is organising Musharakah (Sharing) Programme from September 8 - October 3, to increase the level of the competencies of the participants in the entrepreneurial sector.
Based on MBA theses prepared in specialised colleges, universities and think-tanks in Switzerland, UK and USA, the programme targets to providing 25 participants with the latest means and tools to enable them to upgrade and further develop their skills and competencies.
Raed bin Mohamed al Shehhi, Head of OCCI’s Musandam Branch said that sharing programme comes in line with the efforts aiming to develop the skills and capabilities of the Omani jobseekers and enabling the members of the OCCI - Musandam branch from initiating and managing their own enterprises and companies with highest possible level of efficiency to contribute to the success of their enterprises.
The programme covers a wide range of themes that are tailormade to enhance the participant skills and efficiencies in finance, administration, project management, HR, sales and commercial strategies. Developing the skills related to human resources covers topics of building the brand and trademark, establishing work culture, and designing and developing products and services.
The participants of the programme will be introduced to the quality management of the organisation through deepening their knowledge on quality control and standards, audit and strategic planning.
