Renault launches new Master in Oman
With a striking new frontage and completely revamped interior, redesigned dashboard and steering wheel, together with functional, ergonomic storage spaces, the new Renault Master will appeal to both drivers and operators alike
MUSCAT: Renault Oman, from the house of Suhail Bahwan Automobiles, has launched the all-new 2019 edition of Renault Master which features a bold new look, new engines, new interior and new driver-assistance systems.
With a striking new frontage and completely revamped interior, redesigned dashboard and steering wheel, together with functional, ergonomic storage spaces, the new Renault Master will appeal to both drivers and operators alike. It also offers new driver-assistance systems, including active braking, permanent rearview, blind-spot warning and front and rear parking assistance.
A spokesperson for Renault Oman said, “Featuring a new front end, the new Renault Master has also been redesigned inside. The cabin scores higher on perceive quality as well as functionality and practicality, with chrome inserts, new upholstery, and a cockpit equipped with an enhanced mobile office. The new 2.3 litre dCi engines provide more power and torque while reducing fuel consumption. Driving is safer and more seamless thanks to new advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).”
New Renault Master Capacity has a capacity of 2,299 cc and power of 92 kW (125Hp). It is available in nine different colours: Mineral white, Carmen red, Orange, Caribbean blue, Persian blue, Lemon yellow, Star grey, Tempest and Pearlescent black. With optimal visibility, ergonomic controls, an adjustable driver’s position and lots of handy storage compartments, the cabin looks and feels professional. Drivers can enjoy a pleasant, restful drive in the light, spacious and comfortable cab with optimised air conditioning and sound insulation. When the vehicle is stationary, it turns into an office, with a rotating tablet, and generous interior storage so that drivers can keep all the working tools within easy reach. For navigation and communication, Master offers Media Nav2.0, a simple, functional system, with an integrated 7” touch screen.
Closed transport
To meet wide-ranging requirements of customers, new Renault Master features an infinite range of interior layouts, with loading volumes of up to 17 m3. With this van, all kinds of transport are possible by choosing the effective volume that suits the needs of customers. Front-wheel drive panel van available in 2 different dimensions L1H1 and L2H2. Rear-wheel drive panel van available in L4H3.
Open transport
Available in rear-wheel drive, the chassis cabs are designed to handle large loads and can accommodate several different bodyworks.
Advanced driver assistance systems
Equipped with a lane departure warning system, rear park assist and a reversing camera, the new Master is available with new advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) to make driving easier and ensure the complete peace of mind of drivers and passengers:
Front Park Assist.
Rear View Assist with a screen on the upper part of the windscreen providing optimal rear visibility for medium and long distances.
Blind Spot Warning, alerting drivers of objects in their blind spots.
Side Wind Assist (standard), a vehicle stabilisation system that activates at speeds of over 70 km/h and corrects sideways deviations by up to 50% in extreme conditions.
Automatic lights and wipers (standard).
Active Emergency Braking System, active both in cities and on highways.
