The Ford Signature Facility welcomes customers to a brand new experience in car purchasing
MUSCAT: At the first-ever, Ford digital launch event, Arabian Car Marketing Company, launched Ford Signature Facility in Oman. The event offered viewers a glimpse of the first-of-its-kind Ford facility and exclusive reviews of the all-new Ford Explorer and the all-new Ford Taurus.
The digital event encouraged customers to enjoy the benefits of digital technology, stay up-to-date with all the happenings at their favourite brand and get an opportunity to win 4 iPad minis while staying safe and comfortable, wherever they are. The event was showcased on all the Ford Oman social media pages on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

Reception area
Every aspect of the showroom is centred around customers’ desires. The new reception area provides all the answers to queries customers may have, even redirecting them to specific teams incase the customer is interested in more information. To make this initiative symbolic is the big blue Ford halo above the Reception area that is Ford’s way of informing customers that ‘we take your desires seriously and do our best to offer a reliable and valuable ownership experience’.
Another interior highlight is the attractive Lighting Rafts that crown Ford’s focus models with their colour changing mood lights. Subtly drawing customers to get a closer look at their favourite Ford models.
The Customer Lounge is another area that is new in the Ford Signature Facility. Here a cool, casual and relaxing environment, offers customers and their families the space to sit back and relax. The digital experience on the screens helps them to learn more about their favourite Ford vehicle. Should they feel the need, Ford sales consultants will happily help with any questions they may have.
The exclusive Customer Purchase Rooms with engaging digital screens offer customers an opportunity to think through their buying decisions at leisure, making their overall experience here a delight.

At the digital event, customers even had an opportunity to know more about the All-new Ford introductions – the Explorer and the Taurus, through an exclusive review. The all-new Ford Explorer now in its 6th Generation is a smart SUV with smart technologies built to make you enjoy the most of life’s adventures with its sheer size, exterior design and allround capability.
The all-new Explorer is powerful. The cabin space is really impressive. It is spacious and has the quietest cabins ever on any generation Explorer. Powering the Explorer is Ford’s proven 2.3 Litre EcoBoost Engine that is paired to a 10-speed automatic transmission. It dishes out 300 Horsepower and 420 N.M Torque. That’s a good amount of power to help you get through varied driving conditions. In terms of features, the all-new Explorer is loaded to keep journeys filled with fun and safety. The awardwinning EcoBoost is Ford’s most technologically advanced engine ever. Delivering up to 20% better fuel efficiency – than its larger conventional counterparts.
The Ford Taurus is powered by a 2.0L EcoBoost Petrol Engine with 240PS that is paired to an 8 Speed A/T with Rotary dial. As you can see here, the Taurus interior is large and spacious with a large 470 Litre cargo space. That is quite a bit to help you carry your desires. Customers are welcome to visit the first-ever Ford Signature Facility in Oman at Wattayah, anytime from 8:30 am to 7 pm from Sunday to Thursday and on Saturdays from 10 am to 1 pm. Additionally, customers wishing to experience the All-new Ford Explorer and the Allnew Ford Taurus are encouraged to visit their nearest Ford showroom.
