Dhofar Insurance Company launches online portal for health and life insurance
MUSCAT: Dhofar Insurance Company recently launched the online portal for issuing health and life insurance policies through its website.
The function was attended by Ahmed bin Ali Al-Maamari, Vice President of the Capital Market Authority for the Insurance Sector, and Majid Al-Toky, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dhofar Insurance Company.
On this occasion, the CEO of Dhofar Insurance, Sunil Kohli, said, “We are happy to launch these new services, which make it easy for our valued customers to get medical and life insurance covers from the comfort of their homes and offices.”
“For more than three decades, our customers have been familiar with Dhofar Insurance Company being the leader in providing various types of insurance services and being at the forefront of the insurance industry in the Sultanate. The company provides a range of retail and corporate insurance products such as motor insurance, health insurance, life insurance commercial insurance, etc. The company has a proven track record in prompt and reliable claims settlement,” Sunil Kohli added.

Dhofar Insurance Life products suite includes covers for individuals, groups and credit life insurance.
Dhofar Insurance Company is one of the oldest and largest insurance companies operating in the Sultanate of Oman.
It has a network of more than 40 branches spread throughout the Sultanate. The branches cover the various regions of the Sultanate, including Khasab and the border areas with the UAE and Yemen.
These branches provide all insurance services by Omani staff. The company is committed to the Omanisation policy, where it has achieved close to 100 per cent Omanisation ratio in the branches.
