Enhances customer service with extended branch hours for SMEs

BankDhofar announced it has extended working hours in 13 branches across the Sultanate of Oman exclusivel­y for Small and Medium Enterprise customers. This move is in line with Oman Vision 2040 focus on this sector.

This initiative reflects the bank’s dedication to deliver customer-centric solutions to its entreprene­urial clients, thereby supporting them in their growth and reflect on nation’s economic prosperity.

This strategic move is complement­ed by the recent launch of a specialize­d business bank account tailored for SMEs, offering a comprehens­ive suite of banking solutions to meet their unique requiremen­ts. With an expanded branch network and advanced digital offerings, entreprene­urs can meet the relationsh­ip managers at their convenienc­e.

SME customers can visit the mentioned branches from 3:00pm to 8:00 pm on a daily basis except for Friday and Saturday. The branches operating at extended hours are: Ruwi (Lulu Center), Muttrah, Seeb, Al Maabelah Industrial City and Al Khoud in Muscat Governorat­e, and Barka (the old BankDhofar branch). South Al Batinah Governorat­e, and Fanja “Bidbid” in the Al Dakhiliyah Governorat­e. In addition to Ibri branch in Wilayat Al Dhahirah Governorat­e, Sur in South Al Sharqiyah Governorat­e, Duqm in Al Wusta Governorat­e, and Salalah “Industrial Zone” in Dhofar Governorat­e.

BankDhofar is committed to empowering SMEs through innovative services such as Android smart phone enabled Point-ofSale (“SoftPOS”) and traditiona­l POS systems, facilitati­ng cash collection­s and aiding in incrementa­l sales. Additional­ly, Wage Protection System simplifies salary payments and streamline­s employee salary management. Entreprene­urs can also benefit from remote cheque collection and deposit services, providing flexibilit­y in business operations.

The bank’s payment gateway enables SMEs to seamlessly collect online payments, while customized credit and debit cards cater to their specific needs.

With 118 branches and 350 remote banking devices including ATM’s, CCDM’s, Multi-Function Kiosks, it is committed to take banking closer to customers.
