Two kid­napped broth­ers re­leased

SHIKARPUR: Two real broth­ers were kid­napped and re­leased af­ter tremen­dous ef­forts made by their rel­a­tives and claimed by Shikarpur po­lice.

Ac­cord­ing to re­ports, two real broth­ers iden­ti­fied as Ab­dul Wahid and Muham­mad Qasim by caste Bhayo were present at their agri­cul­ture land sit­u­ated out­side vil­lage Bhirkan in the precinct of Chak Po­lice Sta­tion when a few armed as­sailants kid­napped them at gun­point and took them away. Fol­low­ing on the in­for­ma­tion the heirs of kid­napped broth­ers and po­lice took tremen­dous ef­forts to find out the hide­outs of the kid­nap­pers, fi­nally, Shikarpur po­lice claimed to have re­leased both the kid­napped broth­ers from the katch area of Shikarpur.

When this scribe con­tacted SSP Shikarpur Sa­jjid Ameer Sad­dozai, he con­firmed the re­cov­ery of both kid­napped broth­ers and did not claim any en­counter but said that when kid­nap­pers saw heavy con­tin­gent po­lice were com­ing to­wards us they fled leav­ing be­hind kid­napped broth­ers.

In re­spect of fur­ther two kid­nappees he said that Hanif Brohi was miss­ing, while po­lice is busy to trace out the lo­ca­tion of As­ghar Ali aka Suhno of 14 years, while he was op­ti­mistic re­gard­ing the re­cov­ery of As­ghar Ali Na­par.

It is noteworthy that Hanif Brohi, of 30, was al­legedly kid­napped by few armed as­sailants when he was busy re­leas­ing wa­ter into his Agri­cul­tural land out­side his vil­lage Naik Muham­mad and a 14year-old boy iden­ti­fied as As­ghar aka Suhino by caste Na­par was al­legedly kid­napped at link road of vil­lage Boja Na­par when he along with his fa­ther named Mumtaz Ali was head­ing to his vil­lage Boja Na­par af­ter seal­ing “Milk” from Shikarpur while kid­nap­pers left his fa­ther road side af­ter beat­ing him.

The res­i­dents of Shikarpur de­manded the higher au­thor­i­ties to take se­ri­ous no­tice of the law­less­ness in Shikarpur so that peo­ple of Shikarpur could take sigh of re­lief.
