Govt to bring uni­formed sys­tem of ed­u­ca­tion in coun­try: Shafqat

ISLAMABAD: Min­is­ter for Ed­u­ca­tion and Pro­fes­sional Train­ing, Shafqat Mah­mood has said that work­ing for a bet­ter ed­u­ca­tion sys­tem should be above all the pol­i­tics.

Talk­ing to me­dia in Lahore, he said the gov­ern­ment is try­ing to bring a uni­formed sys­tem of ed­u­ca­tion in the coun­try and for this pur­pose all stake­hold­ers are be­ing taken into confi- dence.

Ear­lier, ad­dress­ing a cer­e­mony at Al­hamra, Shafqat Mah­mood said that eco­nomic is­sues of the coun­try need to be re­solved be­sides cop­ing with other chal­lenges.

LAHORE: Fed­eral Ed­u­ca­tion Min­is­ter ad­dress­ing to “Paigham-e-Pak­istan” Con­fer­ence or­ga­nized by Ulma, Mashaikh wing of Pak­istan Tehrik-e-In­saf and at­tended by provin­cial in­for­ma­tion min­is­ter Fayaz Cho­han, Muham­mad Afzal Haideri, Al­lama As­ghar Arif Chishti, Syed Owais ur Rehman and oth­ers.
