Question of credibility

this refers to the recent decision of honourable high court by dissolving the examinations structure of Sindh Public Service Commission. the examination of CCE -18, medical officers and CCE -19 is under the question of the high court for its merit and selection of the candidates. the court decision is highly praised that spsc is destroying the merit. there are thousand applicants who are always discouraged by the spsc because of decline of merit. But there are some candidates who are competent and selected on the merit. Why they are victimised due to incompetence of spsc? As the examination of cce 2018 and 2019. there are some individuals who are competent and selected on merit. they are serving at their respective offices since there selection. Why they are to suffer due to incompetence of spsc? Some candidates have even left there first job because of pass of competitive examination. there are a few individuals who are black sheep in the spsc and are cause of assassination of merit. Due to their unfair mean whole the mechanism of spsc is suffering. it is proposed that if the individuals who are cause of mismanagement and spoiling the merit must be punished. instead whole the qualifiers are victimised. Lucrative government job is always dream of candidates and for achieving this dream into reality every aspirant candidate work hard day and night. When the dream comes into reality by passing the combined competitive examination. the qualifier candidate is greeted while heartedly by his friend, kith and kin. later it is declared that there is foul play in the process of selection. it is notified that every examination is caught with serious question of spoiling the merit. Some individuals came through political source and paid the lucrative money as bribe to achieve the selected job. the government job has become risky and insecure. this practice is damaging the future of those who are deserving and achieved the aim of life by burning midnight oil. if the proper check and balance is observed at initial stage of selection then i shall not fall prey to the end. it is plea to the honourable court that punish the guilty and grant relief to those who are victimized in this corrupt and henious practice.
