PM's China visit is a mile­stone, says Nus­rat

KARACHI: Pak­istan Ta h r e e k - e - I n s a f Mem­ber Na­tional As­sem­bly Nus­rat Wahid has said that the visit to China by the Prime Min­is­ter Im­ran Khan is a his­tor­i­cal mile stone and China is in fa­vor of do­ing busi­ness with Pak­istan in lo­cal cur­rency, and due to this prac­tice the dol­lar will be wiped out from the coun­try, says a Press re­lease.

The im­pact on the econ­omy of both the coun­tries will be very pos­i­tive. She fur­ther said that both coun­tries on in­ter­na­tional mat­ters and is­sues are stand­ing to­gether and will pro­tect the on­go­ing CPEC plan with de­ter­mi­na­tion and with­out any fear.

She said that Pak­istan's in­clu­sion in the nu­clear Sup­plier Group the bal­ance of power in the re­gion will be re­stored. The sign­ing of 15 con­tracts with china be­sides agri­cul­ture, trade and de­ter­mi­na­tion to over­come the present eco­nomic cri­sis is a very good sign to­wards pos­i­tiv­ity, this will help to cre­ate lots of job op­por­tu­ni­ties and in­dus­trial zones will be set up in the coun­try, which will ul­ti­mately en­hance the stan­dard of life of the com­mon man and the coun­try will pros­per as a whole. All these are on pri­or­ity list of PTI govern­ment.

In ad­di­tion, she said, there will be huge in­vest­ments in the en­ergy sec­tor and in the min­eral sec­tors. The Govern­ment will pro­vide all ba­sic fa­cil­i­ties to the in­vestors in Pak­istan. Nus­rat Wahid fur­ther added that China has al­ways sup­ported Pak­istan in its dif­fi­cult times and the peo­ple of Pak­istan feel proud for the same.
