Prince’s Trust joins hands with Morgan Stanley

-

Morgan Stanley today announced a new two-year Charity Partnership with The Prince’s Trust to help the youth charity in its mission to change the lives of disadvantaged young people across London and the UK.

Voted for by Morgan Stanley’s staff in London, the new partnership will see employees bidding to raise £500,000, which will be matched by the Morgan Stanley International Foundation, to raise a total of £1 million for The Prince’s Trust. The partnership will see Morgan Stanley become a Platinum Patron of The Prince’s Trust.

The funds raised by the partnership will enable the charity to set up a new Prince’s Trust Centre in London, the Morgan Stanley Centre, changing the lives of young people in the capital. The new centre aims to support tens of thousands of young people, giving them the skills and confidence to turn their lives around while helping to create opportunities for them to move into work, training or education.

Colm Kelleher, President of Institutional Securities at Morgan Stanley, said giving back to the communities in which we live and work has long been a core value of Morgan Stanley and its employees.

We are very pleased to be partnering with The Prince’s Trust and we are proud to be able to make a lasting difference to the lives of many disadvantaged young people through the new Morgan Stanley Centre.
