Change of Father Name

I Tahreem Niaz have passed the Secondary School Annual Examination 2018 under Roll No. 104279 from BISE Sahiwal .My father’s name is Niaz Ahmad Tabassum wheras is on certificate my father,s name has been mentioned as Muhammad Niaz wich is incorrect. I want to get change my father,s name from Muhammad Niaz to Niaz Ahmad Tabassum. If any person organization agency has any objection,then the same may be intimated in writing to the Secretary Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sahiwal. within 15 days.
