NUST team visits US to enhance networking
The team of the National University of Science and Technology (NUST) is on a visit to the United States of America (USA) this month to enhance the networking and partnership possibilities for NUST.
According to the details, NUST Pro-Rector Research, Innovation and Commercialisation (RIC), Dr Rizwan Riaz and Director University Advancement Office (UAO) Ms Maria Qadri are among the team.
In this context, Dr Sajjad Mahmood, Chairperson Association of Physicians of Pakistani Descent of North America (APPNA) organised a gathering of the healthcare community in Chicago, at the Central Office earlier this month.
During the event, various notable doctors and physicians attended the event and shared valuable insights.
The details regarding the health ecosystem at NUST were shared with the participants who showed interest in healthcare projects at the National Science and Technology Park (NSTP), Atta Ur Rahman School of Applied Biosciences (ASAB) research work, and the construction of a 500-teaching-bed hospital.
The gathering proved to be a fruitful networking and learning session, paving way for building Pakistan through transformative higher education.
