Change of Father Name
I Shamaila Zafar have passed the Secondary School Annual Examination 1999 under Roll No 1347 from B.I.S.E Lahore. My Father's Name is Zafar Iqbal Zafar wheras on certificate my Father's name has been mentioned as Zafar Iqbal Which is incorrect. I want to get changed my Father's name from Zafar Iqbal to Zafar Iqbal Zafar.
If any person/organization/agency has any objection, then the same may be intimated in writing to the Secretary Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education 86Mozang Road Lahore within 15 days.

I want to get changed my Father's name from Muhammad Yaqub to Malik Muhammad Yaqoob.
