Being a ‘gnoccoholic’ sounds positively delightful, and there are quite a few floating around Brisbane since Italian-born Daniela Restaldi launched her food truck in August 2017. With recipes passed down from her grandmother, the menu changes most days to ensure that people can experience restaurant-quality, ‘real’ Italian food at street food prices.
Famous for the gnocchi, popular sauces include slow-cooked bolognese, a classic pesto and the signature sauce made with gorgonzola dolce and truffle.
