Tiket sa labanla ni Pacman, upbaousbnoaspaubos na sa takilya

KUALA LUMPUR -- Kabuuang 70 porsiyento ng tickets para sa ‘Fight of Champions’ sa pagitan nina boxing legend Manny Pacquiao and Lucas Matthysse ang naibenta na, ayon sa pahayag ng MP Promotions.

Ayon kay MP Promotions Business Head Arnold Vegafria, umaasa siyang mabebenta ang mga nalalabing tikets bago ang takdang araw ng laban sa Hulyo 15 sa Axiata Arena, Bukit Jalil.

“The VVIP and VIP tickets have already been sold out, while the platinum tickets are almost sold out. With about 10 days to go, we hope we can sell the remaining tickets by offering special discounts.

“This will be one of the biggest fights in Asia, as both are champions and are aggressive fighters,” pahayag ni Vegafria sa isinagawang media conference nitong Biyernes matapos ang pakikipagpulong sa mga opisyal ng Youth and Sports Ministry.

Ang presyo ng ticket sa fight card kung saan target ni Pacman na agawin ang korona kay WBO welterweight champion Argentinean Matthysse ay nagkakahalaga ng RM488 hanggang RM19,888.

Iginiit din ni Vegafria na mapapanood ng buong mundo ang laban na nakatakda ganap na 11.30 ng umaga sa pamamagitan ng pay-per-view, free television or one-time password (OTP) viewing sa internet.

“Malaysians can watch the fight through the pay-per-view basics in Astro. We will also negotiate with RTM (Radio Television Malaysia) to broadcast it for free...We will see how it goes,. We are also expecting more than 80 local and international media personnel to cover the event,” aniya.

Sinabi niya rin na ang bagong Team Pacman na pinamumunuan ni coach Restituto ‘Buboy’ Fernandez, ay akmang-akma sa paghahanda ng Pinoy Senator.

“Pacquiao wanted to give a chance to Buboy, because he does not know how many times he will fight after this. Their combination looks good with difference in style, strategy and techniques,” aniya.
