Lloydie, naging makata dahil kay ‘Elias’
SA kauna-unahang pagkakataon, umamin na sa wakas ang aktor na si John Lloyd Cruz sa pagkakaroon niya ng baby boy kay Ellen Adarna. Halos isang taon nilang inilihim sa madlang pipol at sa media ang tungkol sa estado ng kanilang relasyon, pero ngayon ay ‘tila ipinagmamalaki ni Lloydie sa buong mundo ang pagkakaroon niya ng anak.
Sa Instagram post ng aktor kahapon, ipinasilip ni John Lloyd ang snapshot ng kanyang handwritten poem titled “Mga Ibon”, na dedicated niya kay “Elias”.
Hindi man tuwirang sinabi ng aktor that Elias is his son, it was previously reported that he and Ellen named their baby Elias Modesto.
John Lloyd expressed through the poem how fatherhood has filled him with joy and contentment in life.
His poem read in part: “Mangmang pagdating sa’yo/ Sa iisang tunog mong taglay/ Sa kaaya-ayang sorpresa ng paglapit mo/ Sa imahe ng kalayaan na tiyak iwinawaksi mo/ Sa perpektong hubog ng iyong galaw/ Sa lupa/ Sa ere/ Sa tubig/ Sa ‘yong talentong alingawngaw ng isang ina.
“Sa’yong malabalong papel sa ating nakaratay nang sistema/Ako’y mangmang pagdating sa ‘yo/ Ang paulit-ulit mong huni ay kalinga sa aking mapagisang katahimikan.”
At the end of the poem, John Lloyd also wrote the date: “Oktubre 1, 2018.” John Lloyd has kept a tight lid on any information about his baby with Ellen since she reportedly gave birth last June.
But despite shying away from the public, a photo of the couple frolicking with their baby at the beach made rounds online last September 28.
Both John Lloyd and Ellen have been on showbiz hiatus since October last year.
John Lloyd’s last appearance in a showbiz-related event was during the Star Magic Ball that was held on September 30, 2017.
His indefinite leave of absence from his work commitments as a Star Magic artist took effect since October 6, 2017. Star Magic is the talent management of ABS-CBN.
