Seventeen, dinagsa sa ikalawang Manila concert
HINDI maitatatwang nakamamangha talaga ang Korean idol group na Seventeen sa tuwing sila ay nagtatanghal.
Ipinakita nila ang kanilang synchronize na choreography at impresibong boses sa kanilang Ideal Cut concert sa Manila, na ginanap nitong nakaraang linggo sa Mall of Asia Arena, na isang memorable experience para sa libu-libong fans na nanood ng show.
Ito ang ikalawang concert ng Seventeen sa Manila mula nang Diamond Edge tour nila noong nakaraang taon.
Ang show ay nakatakdang simulan ng 7:30 ng gabi ngunit in-adjust ito sa 8:00 ng gabi for a good reason. Marami pa kasing fans ang dumarating para manood at patuloy na dumarating kahit nagsimula na ang show. Punumpuno ang arena Carats (tawag sa fans ng Seventeen).

At one point, binate ng Seventeen ang fans gamit ang mga Tagalog phrase gaya ng “Ako po si …”.
“What’s up, Manila?” sigaw ni Seungkwan habang nagpakilala naman si Dino, “Ako po si Dino” at sabi ni DK, “Long time no see. Ako po si Dokyeom. Mahal kita.”
Kinanta ng grupo ang kanta mula sa kanilang iba’t ibang album. Ang iba pang mga awitin na kanilang itinanghal ay Run to You, Beautiful, Change Up, Un Haeng Il Chi, Sukyo, Habit, Pinwheel, Swimming Fool, Jam Jam, Thinkin’ About You, Hello, Rocket, Pretty U, Shining Diamond, Adore You, Oh My, Clap, Campfire, Healing at Nice (Very Nice).
Ibinida rin ng Seventeen ang iba nilang talento gaya ng pagpapakitang-gilas ni Mingyu, nang sayawin niya ang TT ng TWICE, habang nag-rap naman sina Joshua
at DK.
Samantala, naghanda naman ang Filipino Carats ng kanilang sariling sorpresa para sa mga miyembro ng Seventeen. Sa kalagitnaan ng pag-awit nila ng kantang Oh My!, itinaas ng audience ang kanilang mga banner na may nakasulat na “let’s bloom brightly and beautifully together like a sunflower.”
‘Di maitatatwa ang saya sa mukha ng fans habang iwinawagaygay ang kanilang lightsticks, at habang nakikisabay sa pagkanta ng Seventeen. Hindi rin sila magkamayaw sa pagsigaw sa concert.
Sa pagtatapos ng concert ay nagpahayag naman ng kanilang appreciation ang Seventeen para sa fans at nangako silang babalik sa bansa.
“You guys have so much energy till the end. I don’t know if you guys know, one of my favorite artists, you know Gabe Bondoc?
He’s from the Philippines so it’s such an honor to be here in the Philippines to perform,” sabi ni Joshua.
Sabi naman ni S. Coups, “I really missed you guys during the time we weren’t able to see each other. Mahal kita”
“I’m happy to be here (with) Chuseok being a few days ago. I have a lot of memories that came to my mind because this was where we performed last year,” ani Jun.
Sabi naman ni Hoshi sa fans, “I’m really surprised with all your passion tonight. I wanna thank you for gifting me with this great memory. I wanna see you guys again next time. Don’t get sick, guys.”
“I’m very satisfied because I think we all had fun tonight. We’ll try to come back. I wanna thank you guys again for tonight,” sabi naman ni Wonwoo.
“We went back to Korea last year with great memories. Your passion is really great. Let’s have more fun next time. Goodbye,” sambit ni Woozi.
Ayon kay The8, “Last year and this year, thank you so much for cheering for us. We won’t see you guys for a while. Let’s do our best and think of each other a lot. Good night.”
Tinanong ni Mingyu ang fans, “Did you guys have fun tonight?” at aniya apa, “Thank you guys for filling this place. It’s been a while, right? I missed you guys. You guys are giving us really big strength. Please wait for a while. We’ll come back soon. Mahal kita.”
“I’m really happy because I think we all had fun together with Manila Carats. Despite being a while, I’m feeling comfortable because you guys all had fun. Salamat po. Mahal kita,” sabi ni DK.
Para kay Seungkwan, “I had so much fun because you guys were cheering us really great. I am really thankful that we were able to perform in this huge place. I really wanna come back next year. We’ll be back with better performance next year. Mahal kita.”
“Thank you for coming. I think we made unique memories only us, Seventeen, and you Filipino Carats have. This is all possible because of you guys. I hope we see you again,” sabi naman ni Vernon.
‘Di naman nagpahuli si Dino, na naging isa sa pinakapopular sa concert, at aniya, “I really want to thank you guys. I think today’s concert was really the best. You guys did special events for us three times. The reason why we came back for the encore is also because you guys cheered for us, Seventeen. We will be back with better improvement.”
“Thank you for greeting me (for my upcoming birthday). I’m so happy. We really had a fun concert today. Thank you guys for coming,” lahad ni Jeonghan.
