Solon, tiklo sa ‘bomb joke’ sa NAIA

Kinumpirma ng PNP Aviation Security Group na nakatalaga sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) ang insidente ng umano’y bomb joke ni APEC partylist Congressman Sergio Dagooc, sa NAIA terminal 2, kamakalawa.

Sa pagbabahagi ni NAIA Terminal 2, PNP Avsec. Chief P/Maj. Quirico Tomotorgo, nilapitan umano ni Pearl May Lansang, isang passenger service agent, si Dagooc para mag-check in sa kanyang flight patungong Cagayan. Dumadaan umano sa checking ang bagahe ng kongresista nang malaman nito na nasa 11 kilo ang bigat ng bagahe at tinanong ng service agent kung ano ang laman nito, sumagot umano ang kongresista ng “clothes” at muling nagtanong si Lansang ng “other than that?” tumugon umano si Dagooc ng “BOMBA.” Dahil dito, agad umanong humingi ng tulong si Lansang sa kanyang Supervisor hinggil sa insidente.

Base sa Art. VI, Section 11 of the 1987 Constitution, “[a] Senator or member of the House of Representatives shall, be in all offenses punishable by not more than six years imprisonment, be privileged from arrest while the Congress is in Session.”

Dakong 10:48 ng gabi, nang pakawalan sa kustodiya ng PNP Aviation Security Group si Dagooc.

Ayon kay PAL Spokesman Cielo Villaluna, “The incident involving Congressman Sergio Dagooc in the airport yesterday is most unfortunate. We appeal to all our passengers to refrain from uttering statements which may cause undue concern, alarm and panic. PAL, the Aviation Security Group and our civil aviation authorities do not take such utterances lightly.”
