SINAGOT na rin ni Aiko Melendez ang mga bashers niya tungkol sa pagsasalita niya about sa ABS-CBN shutdown. Isa sa mga messages na binalikan niya at sinagot ang isang netizen.

Prima Donnas na mas mataas kayo sa kabila ‘tas you are supporting Abs?
My reply was, it is not about whoe who anymore, ratings, who is better. It’s for humanitarian reasons too why this is my stand. A lot of people will lose their jobs. And some of them I have worked with, so my heart bleeds for them. Wag tayong maging mababaw sa oras na ganito. I will never rejoice on the thought that while my position is secured with GMA still marami ang mawawalan. Sana malinaw tayo sa ganyan. Madami akong kaibigan also sa ABS CBN. And while our network GMA 7 has never taught their talents to be happy about this current situation of therir rival network. In fact they sympathize with them too. It’s evident unspoken agreements. Iisang industry kami natural lang we got each other back.”
Tama naman si Aiko, biro nga niya, masama lamang ang character na ginagampanan niya bilang isang kontrabida sa “Prima Donnas” as Kendra, pero handa siyang tumulong sa mga kamukha niyang nasa iisang industriya.
Anyways, mas tumitindi lalo ang kasamaan ni Kendra sa GMA Afternoon Prime, paano siya gaganti kay Lilian (Katrina Halili) ngayong diretso na siyang tinanggihang pakasalan ni Jaime (Wendell Ramos) dahil mas mahal nito si Lilian, ang naging surrogate mother ng kanyang mga anak na sina Donna Belle at Donna Lyn?
