Ang free bus service ay ipinatupad sa kooperasyon at malapit na koordinasyon ng Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), at ng HM Transit,para sa libreng sakay ng health workers papunta sa kanilang pinagtatrabahuang pagamutan sa mga sumusunod na ruta:

Kabilang rito ang rutang PITX - Quezon City General Hospital via Makati/Pasig;mula PITX patungong Makati Medical Center,St. Lukes Medical Center – BGC,Rizal Medical Center,The Medical City – Ortigas,East Avenue Medical

Center,Philippine Heart Center,

Lung Center of the Philippines, at Quezon City General Hospital.

Habang ang ikalawang ruta naman sa PITX - San Lazaro / Chinese General Hospital via Manila/Taft; magmula PITX patungong Pasay City General Hospital,Adventist Medical Center Manila,Philippine General Hospital,Jose Reyes Memorial Medical Center,Manila Doctors Hospital,University of Sto. Tomas Hospital,San Lazaro Hospital

Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center,at Chinese General Hospital and Medical Center.

Ang ikatlong ruta sa BFCT - San Lazaro Hospital via East Ave/E. Rodriguez;simula sa BFCT patungong Quirino Memorial Medical Center,East Avenue Medical Center,

Philippine Heart Center,Lung Center of the Philippines,Providence Hospital,Capitol Medical Center,St. Lukes Medical Center - East Ave.,University of Sto. Tomas Hospital at San Lazaro Hospital.

Ayon sa DOTr ang mga nasabing ruta ay maaring magbago depende sa data at requests na galing mula sa Department of Health (DOH).

Ang bus service ay susunod naman sa DOH containment protocols tulad ng pag-obserba sa social distancing, body temperature checks, at regular na pagdisinfect sa sa mga sasakyan.

Samantala, nangako si Grab PH President Brian Cu na aayuda sa DOTr upang mabigyan ng libreng transportasyon ang health workers sa mga ospital.Ang mga detalye sa arrangement ng naturang serbisyo ay isinasaayos na sa lalong madaling panahon.

Sa karagdagan,magtatayo naman ang DOTr ng operations center para sa motorpool na gagamitin naman ng mga opisyal at miyembro ng Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATFEID).Layunin nitong mabigyan ng maayos at hindi maaantalang mobilidad o pagkilos ng task force habang umiiral ang enhanced community quarantine.

Nitong Lunes,Marso 16,inilagay ni Pangulong Rodrigo Roa Duterte ang buong Luzon sa ilalim ng enhanced community quarantine dahil sa pagtaas ng banta ng COVID-19.

Sa ilalim ng proklamasyon ay ipatutupad ito hanggang Abril 14,2020,pag-obserba sa istriktong home quarantine sa lahat ng kabahayan,suspendido ang lahat ng mass public transportation,probisyon para sa pagkain at mahahalagangserbisyong pangkalusugan at presensiya ng unipormadong personnel upang ipatupad ang mahigpit na quarantine procedures.
