Posibleng kasuhan ng Presidential Security Group (PSG) si

ACT-CIS Party-list Rep. Eric Go Yap dahil sa paglabag sa protocol ng Malacañang nang dumalo sa pagpupulong sa Palasyo nitong Sabado kahit nahawaan na ito ng coronavirus disease 2019.

Paliwanag ni PSG commander Jesus Durante III, iniutos na niya ang pagsasagawa ng imbestigasyon sa insidente at hihintayin na lamang ang resulta nito bago magdesisyon sa paghahain ng reklamo laban sa maysakit na kongresista.[

Nitong nakaraang Miyerkules, isinapubliko ni Yap na nagpositibo ito sa nasabing virus ilang araw matapos na dumalo sa pagpupulong ng mga miyembro ng Gabinete sa Malacañang. “Ongoing ‘yung investigation. Nagform na ako ng team, actually a task force from the team. If it’s really necessary to file a case against him then we will,” pagdidiin ng opisyal.

“Umattend siya sa meeting involving itong mga other Cabinet secretaries and it really endangered everyone dito sa loob Palasyo,” aniya.

Inihayag ni Durante, hindi idineklara ni Yap na nakararanas siya ng sintomas ng COVID-19 nang i-fill up nito ang ibinigay na form sa mga bisita.
