MAMASAPANO PROBE BUKSAN PAG-USAB SA SENADO

GIAPROBAHAN sa Senate Committee on Rules ang petisyon nila ni Sen. Juan Ponce Enrile ug Sen. Vicente “Tito” Sotto nga lihokon pag-usab ang imbestigasyon sa Mamasapano, Maguindanao clash.

“The Committee (on Rules) hereby rules that there are no longer any obstacles to the return of the Committee Report No. 120 on the Mamasapano incident,” pahayag ni Committee on Rules Chair Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano dili pa lang dugay sa pagsulat niini.

Kaniadto pang Nobiyembre 2015 gitinguha nila ni Enrile ug Sotto nga ipahigayon pag-usab ang imbestigasyon aron makuwestiyon ang tubag sa gobyerno bahin sa engkuwentro tali sa Special Action Force ug Moro kaniadtong Enero 25, 2015.

Kahinumdoman nga wala makaapil si Enrile sa dihang gipahigayon ang hearing sa Senate Committee on Public Order and Dangerous Drugs gumikan sa iyang pagkabilanggo.

Gipaboran usab sa pangulo sa naasoyng komite nga si Sen. Grace Poe ang petisyon ni Enrile.

Gipaneguro usab ni Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano nga sa subling pagbukas sa imbestigasyon dili na hilabtan pa ang nahaunang resulta.

“If Committee Report No. 120 is returned to the relevant Senate committees with an assertion that there are new matters arising after the report, all previous proceedings subsist and are valid,” matod ni Cayetano.

Daan nang ming-ingon sila si Sen. Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., Sen. Francis “Chiz” Escudero ug Sen. Sergio Osmeña III nga mosuportar sila sa tinguha ni Sen. Juan Ponce Enrile.— TNB
