OLX Philippines unveils leadership appointments
OLX Philippines (OLX PH) recently announced promotions and appointments within their Senior Leadership Team to build on strengths and harness business opportunities presented by the continued growth in online trade.
Recently promoted to general manager and country head of OLX Philippines is the Company’s former head of Marketplace Development, Giancarlo Bon sel. He brings to the role his experience and expertise as a people manager, critical to the current and evolving Company operations. Mr. Bons el takes over from founder and managing director RJ David who will remain on the Board of Directors.
Also joining the senior leadership team is Raffy Montemayor as chief operating officer (COO). As COO, he is tasked with Customer Support, Business Intelligence, Sales, and Category Management to enable further growth and development.
Also appointed is chief product officer Peter Koning who will focus on ensuring the delivery of world-class products and even bet- ter user experiences while ensuring that OLX stays the fastest, most convenient and most loved way to sell brand new and pre-owned items in the Philippines.
Promoted to the position of chief marketing officer is former OLX Head of Marketing and Acquisition Cris Concepcion, a veteran digital and content marketing strategist.
OLX also welcomes Bit Santos as chief technology officer. He was the Company’s former h Had of Product Engineering where he led the transformation of the OLX platform to achieve the company’s long-term vision.
Rounding up the senior executive team is Property 24 Philippines country manager Steve Santos.
