Aseana Residential to launch first condo development

PIXEL Residences, the first residential development of Aseana Residential Holdings, is well underway with construction to start in 2017 and to be completed by Dec. 2019.

Located at Aseana City in Parañaque City, Pixel Residences was conceptualized to meet the demand for quality, generous living spaces at a prime location within a master planned community.

Pixel Residences will stand within the 107-hectare emerging business, entertainment, and tourist destination called Aseana City, which is developed by D.M. Wenceslao & Associates, Inc. (DMWAI). Aseana Residential Holdings is a subsidiary of DMWAI.

Pixel Residences will rise in the city’s prime location, with neighboring business and leisure hubs. Surrounded by lifestyle and entertainment centers, the residential enclave will also be accessible via Pres. D. Macapagal Blvd. and Roxas Blvd. Pixel Residences is also in proximity to NAIA via the NAIA Expressway, Cavite via the Southwest Integrated Transport Terminal, the future LRT Line-1 Extension and other business, commercial, and leisure zones.

Soon to cover 1,785 square meter of land area, the development will boast a 15 storeys high with each floor housing 18 spacious units.
